Engineering

We deliver mechanical engineering expertise across 3D modeling, stress analysis, and thermal analysis, providing simulation-driven solutions to support complex design and development challenges.

3D Modeling

We use SolidWorks and PTC Creo for advanced 3D modeling and mechanical design, enabling precise and efficient development of complex systems.

Thermal Analysis

Our thermal analysis capabilities include mass flow and temperature field evaluation to assess heat transfer, thermal gradients, and system efficiency under steady-state and transient conditions.

Stress Analysis

Our structural analysis capabilities include shock and vibration evaluation under both static and dynamic loading conditions. We perform vibration analysis including random and sine response, assessing stress, deflection, fatigue life, and natural frequency behavior.

Shock analysis includes evaluation of Von Mises stress, deflection response, and modal characteristics to ensure structural integrity under high-impact events.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

We utilize SolidWorks Premium Simulation and ANSYS for advanced finite element analysis (FEA), enabling accurate evaluation of structural performance, stress distribution, and system behavior under real-world loading conditions.
